Cutting
Our excellent technology enables us to process various shape with a
high degree of accuracy. We use NC grinding processing machines and
laser processing machines to thirl, make step, cut a gash, cut and
make screw cutting. We also use microblast to handle very high accuracy
and minute processing.

Flaming
Flaming process (bending, patching, bonding, sealing, expanding, hauling)
is done by our processing experts with high-temperature pure oxyhydrogen
flame.

Polishing
We are able to polish varieties of shape such as flat surface, parallel
flat surface and curved surface. We are also able to carry
out high accuracy optical polishing and we respond to your
requests regardless of the quantity. With our excellent technique,
we can process very thin products (≦0.1mm) , products with
steps or hole and other special products.

Bonding
DAICO made it possible to unite fused quartz glasses by using our own
bonding technology (patented). The technology allows us high accuracy
bonding with high strength, decay resistance and heat resistance. We
can make high-precision processing products such as huge and minuteness
fly eye lens. We can bond not only quartz glass but also other materials
with various bonding methods.

Coating
We choose the best way to coat according to the beam we use and make
various metal film(Al、Ag、Au）, antireflective coating and multi layers
on flat substrate , lens or prism.

Optical Design
We design optical systems using our own processed fly eye lens or other
lens, Higher accuracy and more features are required for R&D and
production systems along with a development of optoelectronics industry.
